Spring is in the air. Well, maybe not where you are living but thanks to global warming we had a seventy degree day and it was great. Except for the cause.
Couple of pics for this month to get you in the mood. Check out our good friends who inspire us to be better citizens.
Mark, Jim, and the gang at the Organic Mechanics are working hard to bring you quality organic soil for your spring planting season. We exchanged shirts for dirt last year, we definitely made out in that deal. The last time we spoke Mark mentioned that they will be featured in many stores in 2008 including Wegmans!
While you are waiting for the tulips to bloom you can surf the net and visit the Natural Organic Guide, wonderful human beings. They are a new website so please check it out for new ideas and exciting products. You can contact Kathy at info@naturalorganicguide.com, tell her Organic Fred sent you and that will get you nothing.
Team Fred was recently in Richmond, Virginia for the 32nd annual home and garden show. We met so many great customers and interesting people, it was a blast. One of the things we ran into during our trip was what to do with our recyclables. I am sure a lot of people have the same problem during business trips or vacations when you don't know where to place your recyclables and refuse to use a regular trash. We wound up using one of our Organic Fred grocery bags as a recycling bin until we got home and put it in our curbside containers. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on what can be done to feed our addiction to recycling during travel?
